A huge congratulations to our Senior Reach "A" team for their accomplishments in the provincial final competition that took place in Scarborough on May 9 and 10. The team finished the tournament with a 5-2 record, narrowly missing out on a spot in the sudden-death competition on May 11. From hundreds of teams across the province, only 40 teams qualified for the provincial finals, and OTHS finished in a very respectable 15th place. The future looks bright for next year as most of our players are currently in grade 11 and can participate again as grade 12 students!
Congratulations on all of your efforts this year!!!

St-Donat: A look back!
This past February 8-11, I had the privilege of taking an enthusiastic group of 43 grade 9 French students-- both core and immersion-- to St-Donat, Quebec. Although it was cold, we had an awesome time! MERCI to all our students for your exemplary behaviour--Mme. Waller, Mme. Durand and myself were always impressed to hear each of you making an effort to speak en français throughout the duration of our stay.
Enjoy some of the photo memories from our trip below!

Intermediate Reach Team: Congratulations!
Congratulations to all of our OTHS Intermediate Reach team members who represented our school so well at last Thursday's Halton Finals. Our 'OTHS 2' team won every game that they played, and our 'OTHS 1' team made it all the way to the semi-finals, losing a hard-fought battle to the eventual winning school, White Oaks. Mrs. Cruickshank and I are so proud of all of you!
