Qui est M. Yull?

I'm in my 13th year of teaching, and my first here at OTHS.  In the past, I've taught at Acton High School (3 years), North Peace Secondary School in British Columbia (3 years), Dalewood Middle School in Hamilton (4 years), Iroquois Ridge High School (2 years), and now...here I am at OT!  I've been so lucky to have met so many fantastic students throughout my career, and I look forward to working with the enthusiastic students of Oakville Trafalgar!

During the school day, I teach during periods 2, 3 and 5.  When I'm not teaching, I can found in workroom 206. After school, I can be found in the weight room with students until 4:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm also the "coach" of one of our awesome Intermediate Reach teams-- we can be found practicing until about 4 o'clock in room 202 on Wednesdays.  

A tradition I hope to begin here is the grade 9 French Trip to St-Donat, Quebec (taking place this school year from Feb.9-12, 2014). Last year, we took 40 students from Iroquois Ridge, and in the past I've taken students from Acton and Dalewood.  An amazing time has always been had by all-- I'm sure this year will be no different!

E = MC 2 Departure

Attention all E= MC 2 students!  Sunday is fast approaching!  I look forward to an amazing experience at Queen's with all of you.  Please be ready to go in the parking lot this Sunday no later than 12:15 pm.  Our bus will be coming in from Burlington with students aboard already, so we should be ready to leave once it arrives.

E= mc2 meeting on Tuesday

Calling all students interested in an incredible enrichment opportunity!  From Sunday, May 5 until Friday, May 10, Queen's University will once again be hosting its E=mc2 program (Enrichment Mini Course).  Are you interested in a total university experience, living in residence, and studying a subject of your choosing at an advanced level?  If so, please see me on TUESDAY, FEB.26 at 11:15 in room 217 for a mandatory meeting.  Early bird registration ends this week, so please be there!

St.Donat Meeting TONIGHT!
